My mom had a major problem with spiders, due to living by the water. Nick from Romans Pest Management came out and treated. Since then, we have not seen a spider. The service was fantastic and the young man, Nick that provided service was so helpful and polite. You can tell he cares about his job and customers! Well done, Nick! If you have any pest issues, Romans Pest Mgt are the guys to call. The owners themselves come to your house and evaluate it, give you a price, and if they can't do the job right then get you scheduled. They came to evaluate the same day I called them and back on the next day which was a Saturday to take care of me. They are very professional, friendly, and reasonably priced.

Professional. Was able to get my friend an appointment right away. Orkin had quoted her 500 dollars to spray for fleas. She only has a small 1 bedroom apartment in a brandnew building, with all brand new furniture. So I called Roman's and got a second quote. He was over 300 hundred dollars cheaper. He was on time for the appointment, very professional, and made Patricia feel much better about the fleas. He sprayed and will come back in 2 weeks to inspect. Would definitely hire again.

The technician (owner) came out and gave a estimate. We agreed to the price. However he didn’t have the necessary means to treat the property and would come back on Friday between 12-3. We agreed. Friday came, no call, no show. Here we are the following week on Tuesday and still have not heard from this company. As a local business owner, I would caution any other people considering their service to shop around. I feel I gave them ample opportunity to contact me and make it right before writing this review. Wishful thinking unfortunately.

He treated the area where I am having an issue and he also walked around the outside of my house to identify any areas where they may be getting into the home. We called Romans for a mice issue and after the inspection,
they took the time to show us the areas that needed attention. They made the repairs for us and eliminated the mice. We decided to have them do are
pest control and they were substantially cheaper than everyone we called!

Romans just gave me the all clear after their final inspection, I already knew
that the bed bugs were gone. They were gone a couple days after their first visit. They came out for two more scheduled visits and didn't find anything else, Thank you Romans! My wife is happy and relieved and my life is back to normal.

I was having some problems with mice and was at the end of the rope.I called Romans they were here as soon as I set the phone down. It took them 2 hours to get things setup and they had six before the technician left. Its been 3 weeks and no more mice! Best of all they were very reasonable!
